What kind of wax do you use?
All Fleuro candles are crafted using natural soy wax and pure beeswax.
These waxes are eco-friendly, biodegradable, and burn cleaner than paraffin — giving you a healthier and longer-lasting candle.
Can I customise the label, colour, or scent?
Absolutely. Fleuro specialises in custom label design, colour matching, and scent selection. Add your event name, logo, or message — perfect for weddings, birthdays, or corporate gifts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept bank transfer and Touch and Go.
What is the preorder time?
For events (weddings, corporate, bulk orders): 1–1.5 months in advance.
For birthdays or smaller occasions: about 1 week if the item is not currently in stock.
We recommend ordering early to allow time for personalisation and packaging.

The goods purchased are not refundable. However, if you placed a booking and wish to refund the pre-payment, depending on the production stage, up to 50% of the pre-payment fee is refundable.
Yes, we often have a selection of ready-stock candles available for smaller gifts or last-minute orders. Please contact us to confirm what’s available.
Yes, in most cases, we can provide a sample candle so you can preview the scent, colour, and label design before finalising your event order. However, some packaging options are not available for a sample. In this case, we’ll provide for more detailed photos.
