Refund & Return Policy

At Fleuro, each item is handmade with care and customized specially for you. We take pride in the quality of our products and the effort that goes into every detail — from custom labels to your chosen fragrance and color.

1. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Policy

All confirmed purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged,
  • There is a clear defect in the product, or
  • The product is not as described on our website or confirmed order.

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will assess your request and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

2. Pre-Order and Booking Payments

For event or bulk orders (such as wedding or corporate gifts), we require a 50% prepayment to begin production.

Because our products use custom labels, fragrances, and materials that cannot be reused, this prepayment is partially non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your order after payment but before completion, the refundable amount will depend on the production stage:

  • Before materials are prepared: up to 50% of your prepayment may be refunded.
  • Once production has started: the prepayment is non-refundable.

In most cases, we retain 50% of the prepayment to cover materials and labor already committed.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [your@email.com] within 3 days of receiving it.
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or partial refund where applicable.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or color variation, as each product is custom-made and may vary slightly due to its handmade nature.
