Refund & Return Policy

At Fleuro, each item is handmade with care and customised specially for you. We take pride in the quality of our products and the effort that goes into every detail – from custom labels to your chosen fragrance and colour.

1. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Policy

All confirmed purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged,
  • There is a clear defect in the product, or
  • The product is not as described on our website or confirmed order.

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear video of the issue.
We will assess your request and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

2. Pre-Order and Booking Payments

For event or bulk orders of more than 30 pc of one product (such as wedding or corporate gifts), we require a full pre-payment to begin production.

Because our products use custom labels, fragrances, and materials that cannot be reused, once the production is confirmed, only 70% of pre-payment is refundable.

If you wish to cancel your order after payment but before completion, the refundable amount will be 70% only due to losses of custom materials and labor already committed.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at contact@fleuro.co within 3 days of receiving it.
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or partial refund where applicable.

4. Exchanges

We do offer exchanges for individual orders only for the reason of change of mind, scent preference, or colour variation, as each product is custom-made and may vary slightly due to its handmade nature. However, the bulk orders for more than 30pc of one product, we do not offer exchanges for any reason.
